From my early days at DeVry Institute of Technology studying Computer Information Systems, technology has been a cornerstone of my career, often serving as a backup IT resource for clients. My management path, marked by rapid promotions in every role, wasn’t without challenges. Early on, I learned that effective management and leadership are skills honed through experience, mentorship, and a relentless pursuit of growth. Reading over 40 books on leadership, management, and customer service, including influential titles like “The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team” and “Start with Why,” I reshaped my approach to leadership and customer interaction. At JELL Pro, I combine this wealth of knowledge with my technical acumen to help automotive dealerships thrive. My personal philosophy centers on the power of communication in business and the transformative impact of setting clear expectations.
